How long does onboarding take?

About 24–48 hours from the moment you say yes on WhatsApp. A short conversation walks through your business, your Brand Kit (logo, fonts, colours, voice), your top channels, and your locality. You send phone photos of what your shop produces, and within the first week your first batch of drafts is ready to approve. Your personal service-start date is locked in that conversation — Day 14 of it is your guarantee window.

What do you need from me on Day 1?

Less than you'd think: Business name, address, GSTIN, and your current Google Business Profile link; a WhatsApp number you check daily; your logo (any quality — we'll clean it up); phone photos of what your shop produces (any quality, any angle); a one-tap permission grant for your Google profile (via a secure link — we never store the password); your WhatsApp Business connection (we handle the setup with you). No long forms, no questionnaires, no discovery call.

Do I need a website to use MMS?

No. MMS is built around the surfaces a boutique business actually uses to win customers — Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook. A website helps SEO and adds a channel, but it isn't required. If you have one, we keep your profile, social channels, and WhatsApp Catalogue consistent with it.

Can I see my content before signing up?

Yes. Tap WhatsApp on any page and ask for a sample for your business. Within a business day we send a custom mini-sample — one Google post, one Instagram carousel, one WhatsApp Status — made for your actual business, locality, and category. No commitment.

What does MMS cost?

Essential — ₹8,999/mo (3,000 content credits, all nine channels, balanced posting pace by default). Dominate — ₹12,999/mo (5,000 content credits, all-out posting pace, more execution rigour and analytical depth). Early Adopter 50 — ₹15,000 once, then ₹9,999/mo locked for life. All Dominate features. The first 50 boutique businesses only, then closed. Prices shown in ₹, exclusive of GST; 18% is added at billing and shown on your tax invoice. Multi-location and booking-calendar add-ons are available — see Pricing and Payment Terms.

Are WhatsApp campaign costs included in the subscription?

No. WhatsApp Marketing has its own Marketing Wallet, billed at ₹1.09 per message. Your subscription covers content, your Google profile, reviews, citations, the Sunday Pack, and everything else. The Marketing Wallet only covers the per-message cost of bulk campaigns when you choose to run them.

What payment methods do you accept?

Razorpay handles all payments: UPI (recommended, via UPI mandate for auto-debit), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), net banking, and NEFT/RTGS for the one-time early-adopter fee. International cards aren't supported yet.

Will prices increase later?

For Early Adopters, no — your ₹9,999/mo is locked for life as long as you stay subscribed, and every future feature is included (subject only to a narrow pass-through if a third-party API cost rises — see Payment Terms). For Essential and Dominate, we may revise pricing with at least 30 days' WhatsApp notice, and you'd get a 14-day window to cancel without penalty.

What happens after the 50 early-adopter seats fill?

The Early Adopter 50 closes, permanently. The counter stops, signups close, the page archives. We don't bring it back. The 50 Early Adopters keep ₹9,999/mo for life. Anyone after that joins at standard pricing — Essential ₹8,999 or Dominate ₹12,999.

Is the Early Adopter cohort a discount?

No — it's a commitment, both ways. You back us early; we lock your price for life and put senior attention on your account. We can only onboard a small number of businesses well at once, and fifty is the honest limit for this launch quarter.

Does the 14-day guarantee apply to Early Adopters?

Yes. The 14-day money-back guarantee is universal across every tier, including the Early Adopter 50. If MMS isn't delivering by Day 14 from your personal service-start date, you get a full refund of the ₹15,000 early-adopter fee. You keep any value from content already made — no clawback.

If I refund within 14 days, can I rejoin later as an Early Adopter?

If seats are still open when you refund, yes — you can claim a new seat at the early-adopter price. If the cohort has closed, you'd return at standard pricing.

Why no app or dashboard?

Because you don't have time to learn another app, and you're already in WhatsApp many times a day. Every dashboard we could build is another login you won't remember and another tab you won't open. MMS lives where you already are: a Morning Briefing on Monday at 9am, voice commands, quick approvals, a Sunday Planning Pack. That's the whole surface.

What if WhatsApp is down?

MMS keeps running — content goes live, reviews get answered, your Google profile and campaigns continue. A WhatsApp outage affects only the approval and reporting surface, not the work. Approvals queue and resume the moment WhatsApp recovers.

Do you really only need five minutes a day from me?

Yes, for ongoing operation. Five minutes covers approving the day's drafts, replying to anything that genuinely needs you (a review with context only you have), and voice-noting us if you want something specific. Onboarding takes longer — about 30 minutes across Day 1 — and after that, five minutes a day is steady state.

How does the approval flow work?

Every Monday at 9am, a Morning Briefing arrives with the week's drafts, each tagged with a short reference. Auto-approval is the default — drafts go live unless you flag them. Prefer to review every post? Switch to manual: scan, reply "approve all", or pick items to tweak — voice notes work too. Anything you flag goes back with your edits and goes live again within hours.

Do you use AI to make my content?

Yes — AI is the engine that lets one team send a month of content live for many shops. But AI on its own produces slop, and you've seen it: generic captions, stock photos, the same greeting everyone posts. So AI is never the whole story here. Your Brand Kit shapes every asset, a senior team directs and reviews the work, and every Indic-language piece is checked twice so it reads naturally before it reaches you. You're buying done-for-you marketing that goes live — the AI is under the hood, not the pitch.

Will the content actually sound like my brand?

That's the job of your Brand Kit — captured on Day 1 from your existing content, your tone in past messages, and a short voice interview. Every asset runs through your Brand Kit before it reaches you, and every Indic-language reply (Hinglish, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali) is checked twice so it reads naturally. If the first batch doesn't feel like you, voice-note us — it calibrates fast, usually within the first week.

What languages do you support?

English (India) by default. Indic languages — Hinglish, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali — are fully supported for review replies and customer messages, checked twice so they read naturally, set per locality. Full regional-language content generation (where the post itself goes live in Hindi or Tamil) is on the roadmap.

How much content do you actually send live per month?

It depends on your posting pace: steady — a small, steady presence. Balanced (Essential default) — roughly 16 Instagram feed + 20 Stories + 12 Google + 16 Facebook + 16 WhatsApp Status + 4 Shorts + 2 Reels + 1 hero. All-out (Dominate default) — roughly 30 Instagram feed + 30 Stories + 20 Google + 30 Facebook + 30 WhatsApp Status + 8 Shorts + 4 Reels + 2 heroes. You can change the posting pace from WhatsApp any time, within your credit budget. Unused credits roll one month forward, up to twice your monthly amount.

Will your Google automation get my listing suspended?

No. MMS is built around Google's posting rules — we batch description rewrites monthly and respect Google's rest cycle. We never change your category, hours, or address without your explicit approval. Our 24/7 listing watchdog protects your listing from third-party tampering, not to flood it with edits. For dental and healthcare, Google-post cadence is capped at 8/month for compliance.

Who actually replies to my Google reviews?

MMS drafts the reply in your brand voice using a locked 7-step resolution flow, and sends it to you in WhatsApp to approve — usually a sub-30-second tap. Indic replies are checked twice so they read naturally, catching Hinglish, Tamil, Marathi, and Bengali tone drift before anything goes live. SLA: 6 hours on Essential, 4 on Dominate. Both tiers answer every review.

What does the 24/7 listing watchdog actually do?

It watches your Google profile continuously. The moment something changes that you didn't initiate — a Local Guide edit, a category swap, an hour change, a suggested-edit acceptance — the watchdog pings you on WhatsApp with what changed, when, and a one-tap revert where the API allows. On Dominate, a senior reviewer walks every flagged change monthly and files dispute paperwork where needed.

Do you store my Google, Meta, or WhatsApp passwords?

No. Ever. This is the MMS Empowerment Principle — we work only through official APIs. For non-API directories (Practo, JustDial, Sulekha, IndiaMART), we hand you ready-to-paste content and a step-by-step guide; you paste it yourself in a minute, and your credentials stay yours. If your passwords change, nothing on our side breaks.

Is MMS compliant with India's DPDPA?

DPDPA-compliant by architecture. Consent notices are built into every flow, consent timestamps are logged, and erasure requests propagate across all systems within 72 hours. A breach-notification runbook is live, and a Data Processing Agreement template is available on request. Full detail on the DPDPA page.

What about FSSAI, ASCI, and medical-claims compliance?

Automatic. Every asset runs through a compliance layer — FSSAI on food, #Ad and #AIUsed disclosures and the Meta AI-disclosure flag on paid creatives, and claim-sanitisation for dental, healthcare, and finance at the point of generation. Content for minors is real-photo only, with a parental-consent flag. The overlay can't be stripped by a manual edit — it's re-stamped on every save.

Who builds and runs MapMyShops?

MapMyShops is a product of ITS Infra India, a Bengaluru-based infrastructure company with operations in Vellore and Ranipet — it runs data centres and enterprise infrastructure, including the backbone behind Leroi India's render farm. The architecture is by ZCompute, it scales on Akamai Connected Cloud through Amrocky Bueno Technologies (a sister company and Akamai Connected Cloud Partner), and it's led by founder Dinesh Raj — 18 years in IT infrastructure, with a 2023 pivot to AI-native product building. More on the About page.

How do I cancel? Do I keep my content?

Cancellation is a WhatsApp message to us — deliberate friction, so we can understand what isn't working and try to fix it first. Within the 14-day guarantee window: immediate effect, full refund. After Day 14: it takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, no partial-month refund, and everything sent live to date stays yours. Your Marketing Wallet balance is refunded at face value. Data is kept for 90 days in case you return, then purged per DPDPA. Full terms in Payment Terms.
