Agreement to terms

By signing up for or using MapMyShops, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. MapMyShops is a service of ITS Infra India (GSTIN 33AALFI7872D1Z8, Ranipet, Tamil Nadu).

The service

MMS provides a WhatsApp-first marketing service for Indian boutique businesses: content generation, Google Business Profile management, review responses, citations, competitive intelligence, and WhatsApp campaign delivery.

Beta / early-access service

MMS is under active development. Early adopters use the newest version of the service, which is still being refined — features may change, and you may encounter bugs or interruptions. We work to fix reported issues promptly, but the service is provided "as is" without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Reporting issues you encounter helps shape the version released more widely.

Subscription and payment

• Billed monthly via Razorpay.
• Standard tiers: Essential ₹8,999/mo · Dominate ₹12,999/mo. (All prices exclusive of GST; 18% added at billing.)
• Early Adopter cohort: ₹15,000 one-time + ₹9,999/mo locked for life (limited to 50 businesses).
• WhatsApp Marketing billed separately via the Marketing Wallet at ₹1.09/message.

Confidence Guarantee

A 14-day money-back guarantee from your personal service-start date. For the Early Adopter cohort, it applies to the early-adopter entry (which includes your first month). Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days. Cancellation requests via WhatsApp only.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information.
• Hold ownership or authorisation for any brand assets you upload.
• Obtain explicit consent for any customer contact data uploaded to the Customer Data Gateway.
• Use the service in line with applicable Indian law, including DPDPA, ASCI guidelines, and platform policies (Google, Meta, and others).

Our responsibilities

• Deliver the service at the tier and cadence you signed up for.
• Protect your data per our Privacy Policy.
• Provide reasonable uptime — we don't guarantee 100%, given our dependence on third-party APIs (Google, Meta, WhatsApp).

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to publish content that breaks the law, infringes third-party rights, or violates platform policies. We may decline to publish content that fails compliance review.

Pending counsel (binding text)

Limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law, and termination to be drafted by counsel before go-live.
