Payment Terms

Payment Terms

How MMS bills, what's covered, and what's locked. The numbers below reflect commercial intent; precise contractual language is in draft, reviewed by Indian commercial counsel before go-live.

Subscription tiers

All amounts in ₹, exclusive of GST; 18% is added at billing (see GST & invoicing).

  • Essential — ₹8,999/mo — 3,000 content credits, all nine channels, balanced posting pace by default.
  • Dominate — ₹12,999/mo — 5,000 content credits, all nine channels, all-out posting pace, more execution rigour and analytical depth.
  • Early Adopter 50 (one-time) — ₹15,000 early-adopter fee + ₹9,999/mo locked for life; all Dominate features and all future features. (50 businesses, then closed.)

Billing cycle

Subscriptions are recurring, billed monthly in advance on the subscription's anniversary date. For Early Adopters, the ₹15,000 fee is collected at signup; the recurring ₹9,999/mo begins from each Early Adopter's personal service-start date (typically ~17–18 days after signup). Failed payments trigger a 5-day grace period with WhatsApp reminders; after grace, publishing pauses while billing is reconciled — no data is deleted during a pause.

Payment methods

Processed via Razorpay: UPI (recommended — auto-debit via UPI mandate), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), net banking, and NEFT/RTGS for the one-time early-adopter fee. International cards aren't supported yet. All amounts settle in INR.

GST & invoicing

All published prices are exclusive of GST; the prevailing 18% is added at billing and shown on the tax invoice. Tax invoices are issued by ITS Infra India (GSTIN 29KZQPS9533FIZA) to the GSTIN you provide at signup, delivered via WhatsApp and email within 24 hours of payment. Input Tax Credit is available where applicable to your business.

Marketing Wallet

WhatsApp Marketing costs are not included in the subscription — they bill against a separate Marketing Wallet:

  • ₹1.09 per marketing message (no platform markup)
  • Frequency cap: 4 messages per contact per 30-day window
  • Auto-pause if the block rate exceeds 2%
  • Minimum top-up ₹2,000; auto top-up available

Add-ons

  • Multi-location — +₹8,699/mo per extra Essential location · +₹12,499/mo per extra Dominate location. Up to five.
  • Extra booking calendars — ₹500/mo per calendar (both tiers).

Pass-through clause

If a third-party API MMS relies on to deliver a feature introduces a materially higher per-call cost beyond what MMS has historically absorbed, that incremental cost may be passed through as a per-feature surcharge — communicated via WhatsApp at least 30 days before it applies. The early-adopter lock (Early Adopter price lock) does not protect against this, because it's a direct cost, not an MMS margin increase.

Early Adopter price lock

For Early Adopter 50 customers, ₹9,999/mo is locked for life. As long as you remain a paying subscriber, this price never increases, and all future features and model upgrades are included at the locked price (subject only to the Pass-through clause). The early-adopter badge attaches to the original account; if cancelled and refunded under the guarantee, the badge is revoked but the internal record is preserved.

Standard-tier price changes

For Essential and Dominate (non-Early-Adopter), MMS may revise monthly pricing with at least 30 days' notice via WhatsApp and email, applying only to billing cycles after the notice period, with a 14-day window to cancel without penalty if the new pricing is unacceptable.

14-day money-back guarantee

Universal across all tiers, including the Early Adopter 50, from your personal service-start date (confirmed on WhatsApp at signup). Early Adopters: full refund of the ₹15,000 fee. Essential/Dominate: full refund of the most recent monthly payment. No credit clawback — you keep value from credits already used. Marketing Wallet balance is refunded separately at face value. Refunds process within 7–10 business days to the original method.

Cancellation

By WhatsApp only, to the designated MMS line — a deliberate friction layer so we can understand what isn't working first. Within the 14-day window: immediate, full refund (14-day money-back guarantee). After Day 14: effective at the end of the current billing cycle, no partial-month refund, and everything sent live to date stays yours. Unused Marketing Wallet balance is refunded at face value. Data is retained 90 days for possible reactivation, then purged per the Privacy Policy and DPDPA.

Disputes

Raise billing disputes within 30 days of the invoice via the WhatsApp line. Disputed amounts are held in escrow pending resolution; recurring billing isn't paused over a single-invoice dispute. Jurisdiction for unresolved disputes: courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
